Summary: Use ReelBot to make great films. Don't upload illegal content. Student pricing requires a real .edu email. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You own your content. We provide the service "as is" during v1 beta.
By creating a ReelBot account or using any ReelBot service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ReelBot. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BizBotTech, Inc. ("BizBotTech", "we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelBot. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using ReelBot, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You retain full ownership of all video files, projects, exports, and creative work you produce using ReelBot. By uploading content to ReelBot, you grant BizBotTech a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any footage, music, or other media you upload. BizBotTech is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content.
The Student plan ($7/mo or $69/yr) requires a valid, active .edu email address issued by an accredited educational institution. By subscribing to the Student plan, you represent that:
False claims of student status — including using a .edu email you are not legitimately entitled to — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any prepaid subscription fees, and may result in legal action. If your enrollment ends, your account will transition to Alumni pricing ($14/mo) with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use ReelBot to upload, store, process, or distribute:
BizBotTech reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
ReelBot complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at support@bizbottech.com with a DMCA takedown notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at BizBotTech's sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your account downgrades to the Free tier. BizBotTech reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
New paid plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free tier with no charge.
ReelBot is currently provided as a v1 beta service "as is" and "as available." BizBotTech makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and notify users of planned maintenance. BizBotTech is not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
BizBotTech may suspend or terminate your account for:
Upon termination, your access to projects and stored files will be revoked. You may request a data export before termination if you contact us in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBotTech's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the ReelBot service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BizBotTech in the 12 months preceding the claim. BizBotTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of ReelBot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
