Any valid .edu email address qualifies for Student pricing. This includes community colleges, 4-year universities, and graduate programs. Your .edu status is auto-detected at checkout — no documentation needed. Student pricing applies for as long as you hold an active .edu email.

We never delete your work. After graduation, your account transitions to our Alumni plan at $14/mo — you keep all your projects, storage, and export history. You'll get 30 days notice before any pricing change.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
What happens when my free trial ends? ▾
You'll never be charged without warning. At the end of your 14-day trial, if you haven't added a payment method, your account automatically moves to the Free tier. Your projects are never deleted — you just lose access to paid features until you upgrade.
Is my video content safe? Who can see my projects? ▾
Your projects are private by default. Only you can access them. Video files are stored securely and are never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. You own 100% of everything you create.
Does ReelBot work on any computer? ▾
Yes — ReelBot runs entirely in your browser with no installation required. It works on Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chromebook. We recommend Chrome or Edge for the best performance. A stable internet connection is required for cloud storage sync.
